Change to emergency appointments

If you require an urgent on the day consultation with the GP, we kindly ask you call the surgery before 10.30 am.

Changes to prescription ordering

See below for the ways in which you can place an prescription order (please note the phone lines can be very busy and it may be easier to use one of the other ordering methods):

  • Email – email requests to [email protected]
  • Online – Please email us with your name and date of birth to [email protected] to register for our online prescription service. Once registered with patient access you can log in and an order can be placed at any time of the day.
  • Pharmacy – ask your local pharmacy of your choice to order your prescription on your behalf. The majority of pharmacy drivers collect from us on a daily basis.
  • Telephone – Please note you can order prescriptions by telephone Monday- Friday 8.30-10.30am & 2pm- 5.30pm. Our phones lines are very busy and even more so on a Monday (or Tuesday following a Bank Holiday) We would suggest you avoid ordering on this day, where possible, as you may struggle to get through to us.

Prescriptions will be ready in 24 working hours for collection from the surgery and 48 working hours for pharmacy collection.

If you need to speak to a GP, Nurse or receptionist, please call us on 01786 473529.

Currently, we are offering telephone appointments in the first instance. After consulting with the GP or Nurse, they may advise you of the need for a face to face appointment. This will be arranged at the time of the telephone consultation.

If a GP or Nurse has requested you attend a volunteer will meet you at the entrance and entry will only be gained once you have been screened.

Unless advised to do so by a GP or nurse, please DO NOT attend the practice.
